Job Description
Strategic & Business Growth:
- Develop and implement retail strategies to optimize sales, profitability, and brand positioning.
- Identify new market opportunities, store formats, and size optimization for business growth.
- Oversee franchising, expansion, and entry into international markets (if applicable).
Operations & Performance Management:
- Manage multi-brand/multi-store retail operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, conversion rates, sell-through, and other retail KPIs to drive performance improvements.
- Ensure seamless store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and develop large teams, ensuring strong people management and talent development.
- Foster a culture of high performance, customer service excellence, and employee engagement.
- Drive organizational change and adapt to market shifts.
Customer Experience & Brand Development:
- Implement customer-centric strategies to enhance loyalty and engagement.
- Ensure a premium shopping experience through excellent customer service and visual merchandising standards.
- Align brand positioning with market trends and customer expectations.
Requirements
- 10+ years in retail, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in managing multi-brand or multi-store fashion retail operations.
- Experience with franchising, expansion, or international markets is a plus.
- Strong people management skills and proven to lead large teams.
- Ability to analyse sales data and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Understanding of retail KPIs (Conversion rates, average selling price, average basket size, sell-through...etc.)
- Strong knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, and supply chain logistics.
- Expertise in customer-service excellence and loyalty-building strategies.
- Ability to identify new opportunities (markets, store formats & store size optimization).
- Ability to drive organizational change and adapt to market shifts
