  • Recruitment:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Focus on hiring for Massive roles, ensuring candidates meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    • Build relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
    • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Reporting:
    • Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.


    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on Massive Hiring.
  • Strong background in hiring for Sales and Telesales roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities effectively.
