Focus on hiring for Massive roles, ensuring candidates meet the required qualifications and cultural fit. Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience. Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Requirements Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on Massive Hiring. Strong background in hiring for Sales and Telesales roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities effectively.
