Quantity Surveyor /Senior QS

Handle post-contract functions, including interim and final payments, variations, cash flows, claims, and contractual correspondence. Conversant with CESSM Provide advice on contractual matters and ensure all requirements are met.Advise on contractor's resource allocation and audit contractor payments.Ensure timely and complete submission of valuations.Record and check measurements of work completed.Prepare variations and day-works.Monitor and update the final cost estimate for the contract.Maintain and track expenditure records.Review, negotiate, and prepare claim settlements.Coordinate and monitor the activities of the team.Prepare financial statements for monthly reporting.RequirementsMinimum of 8 years’ experience for QS Minimum of 15 years’ experience for QS + UAE Authority approvals + MRICSPrior experience in construction supervision or operation and maintenance of major roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects Relevant work experience in quantity surveying or construction, with expertise in cost estimating and contract administrationStrong analytical, numerical, and communication skills; proficiency in construction softwareFamiliarity with construction processes, drawings, specifications, and contract regulations.
