Quantity Surveyor

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for pipeline network projects.* Conduct feasibility studies, cost control, and value engineering.* Monitor and track project progress in terms of cost and resource usage.* Manage contractual relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.* Prepare interim and final payment applications, variation orders, and claims.* Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate with vendors.* Maintain project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and contract compliance.* Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to align on project budgets and timelines.* Ensure adherence to health and safety, legal, and environmental standards.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.* Minimum of 10 years of proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least 5 years in pipeline network projects (e.g., water, sewage, oil & gas).* Solid knowledge of construction and pipeline installation techniques, materials, and regulations.* Proficient in QS software such as CostX, Candy, or Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite.* Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.* Experience with large-scale infrastructure or municipal utility projects.* Knowledge of GIS or AutoCAD for pipeline alignment and data management
