QA/QC Engineer

Monitor and ensure quality standards across all construction phases. • Manage field documentation: drawings, specifications, test reports, supplier data, and as-built drawings. • Apply department policies and implement QA/QC initiatives. • Develop and execute quality control procedures for construction activities. • Review client requirements and ensure project compliance. • Conduct field inspections and tests to verify quality and compliance. • Ensure proper implementation of safety and quality procedures. • Review production processes and identify quality improvement opportunities. • Monitor use of materials and equipment to ensure specification compliance. • Conduct final inspections and record results. • Train employees on quality control practices. • Evaluate performance of suppliers and subcontractors. • Interact with clients to understand requirements and respond to inquiries. • Develop and improve quality control systems. • Prepare periodic QA/QC reports and support the direct manager. • Track performance indicators such as: • Compliance with quality standards • Accuracy of reports and data • Number of quality system outputs Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Quality or equivalent). • 5+ years of QA/QC experience in finishing works within contracting sector. • Knowledge of construction practices in Saudi Arabia. • Preferred certifications: Saudi Council of Engineers accreditation, ISO standards compliance. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Commitment to deadlines and professional conduct. • Ability to adapt to work pressure and changing environments. • Understanding of legal and compliance requirements. • Rational decision-making and risk assessment. • Ability to influence and support colleagues. • Strategic thinking and planning within scope of responsibility.
