Proposal / Tendering Specialist

Prepare and develop technical and financial proposals in line with client specifications.-Create professional PowerPoint presentations with strong layout and visual accuracy.-Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information, data, and documents.-Review tender documents and extract key requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.-Assist in translating documents (English–Arabic) when needed.-Maintain and update proposal templates, formats, and archives.-Follow up on pending submissions and ensure timely delivery.Requirements-1–3 years of experience in a similar Proposal, Tendering, or Bidding role.-Bachelor’s degree in any related field.-Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.-Good to very good level of English (writing & reading) for preparing and translating documents.-Ability to work under deadlines with flexible working hours.
