Project Manager

Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. - Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. - Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure compliance. - Supervise on-site activities to meet design specifications, safety regulations, and quality requirements. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and ensure progress. - Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports. - Utilize project management tools such as MS Projects effectively. - Apply best practices in cost control, risk management, and resource allocation. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering - Minimum of 15 years of experience in the same field - PMP certification and proficiency in MS Projects are preferred
