Project Engineer

Oversee the design, construction, and installation of both floating and fixed jetties.* Prepare, develop, and implement project-specific policies and procedures.* Create operational plans and budget estimates for project activities.* Develop and update the project’s organizational structure, ensuring alignment with company policies.* Monitor and implement project-specific initiatives and plans.* Develop, monitor, and evaluate performance indicators related to operational plans, initiatives, and projects.* Allocate necessary physical and human resources for the projects.* Plan and organize project stages from design to delivery.* Manage resource allocation and oversee the project team.* Monitor project progress, achieve goals, and implement necessary changes.* Provide regular reports to senior management and clients on project status.* Coordinate with department managers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve issues and ensure smooth project implementation.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline) or equivalent experience.* 2–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in marine construction.* Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling; experience with SketchUp, STAAD Pro, and Revit is highly desirable.* Strong understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle management, and industry regulations.* Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
