Job Description

Purchase Order Management on NAV:** Utilize Microsoft Dynamics NAV system to create, process, and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently based on procurement requisitions and approved specifications & to allocated it to the right Cost center. 2. Order Tracking and Status Updates:** Monitor the status of purchase orders within NAV and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods. Address any delays or discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders promptly, updating NAV records accordingly. 3. Data Entry and Documentation Management:** Maintain comprehensive records of purchase orders, including order confirmations, invoices, and receipts, within the NAV system. Ensure all documentation is accurately entered, filed, and archived for future reference. 4. Inventory Management Support:** Collaborate with inventory management teams to update stock records and maintain accurate inventory levels based on received purchase orders in the NAV system. 6. Reporting and Analysis:** Generate reports on purchase order status, vendor performance, and procurement metrics using NAV reporting tools. Provide insights and analysis to support decisionmaking and process improvement initiatives. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. - Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or related roles - Proficiency & Strong Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) system related to procurement and purchase order management. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear vendor communication and internal coordination. - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with procurement regulations, compliance standards, and contract management principles. - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and leverage NAV system capabilities.
