Plant Manager

Oversee the overall operation (Production, Quality, Sales, Maintenance & Safety) 2. Develop plans to ensure that the operation runs smoothly. 3. Manage Production and ensure profitable operation. 4. Customer Relation & attend customer’s meeting. 5. Monitor of Sales operation. Approves quotation to customers. 6. Create and manage budgets. 7. Assists in the recruitment of new employees. 8. Assists in the training of new employees and old employees in other section of the plant. 9. Evaluate employees and suggests rooms for improvement 10. Collect and review data such as Production Output and Sales & Collection output. 11. Review and monitor raw material consumption. Monitoring of zinc prices and trends 12. Oversee production schedule to minimize customer complaint. 13. Perform routine safety checks on equipment. 14. Monitor maintenance department operation to avoid unnecessary downtime. 15. Analyze data and create reports to Top Management 16. Involves in the Quality Management System 17. Optimizing the whole operation. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in same field (Steel). Knowledge of health and safety laws. Natural leadership abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy. Ability to problem-solve.
