Job Description

· Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on: · Social media platforms: Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. · Google ecosystem: Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube Ads, Performance Max. · Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.). · Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. · Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad assets aligned with campaign objectives. · Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations. · Develop weekly and monthly performance reports. · Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices. · Manage budgets efficiently and ensure accurate pacing and billing. · Identify and test new channels and campaign strategies for continuous growth. Requirements · 2–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. · Proficiency with ad management platforms: Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc. · Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making. · Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup. · Ability to create data-driven campaign strategies and scale results. · Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. · Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or DTC brands is a plus.
