Performance Marketing Manager

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). - Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI. - Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align messaging and targeting. - Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives. - Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for all performance marketing activities. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation. - Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in performance marketing. - Has strong leadership skills - Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Excel. - Experience with attribution modeling, bid strategies, and audience segmentation. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
