Payments Product Manager

Candidate should be aware of payment solutions preferably payment gateways with extensive knowledge of Egyptian Payment ecosystem. ii. manage the product roadmap strategy to provide inclusive platform to provide the full kit of online merchant requirements. iii. capable of handling end to end Product and Project Management. iv. Knowledge of of payment transaction cycle and settlement flow. v. Conceptualize and participate in the conceptualization of new ideas, research the new ideas, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint. vi. Implementing the payment products/ electronic payment services for various partnerships. vii. Implement additional enhancements to the platform/ client solutions. viii. Responsible for making process notes, integration/ interface documents; and communicating them to clients/ internal operations team members. ix. Providing inputs into the underlying process flows/ workflows/ systems for service improvement; and also engaging with internal process teams for definition of payment processes for new clients/ existing clients. Escalating issues that are open; or not resolved within the predefined timeframe. x. Project managing the various implementations in an effective and timely manner. xi. Adherence to and application of established policies, processes, procedures and tools to achieve optimal efficiency, compliance and cost containment. xii. Ongoing review of existing functionalities to ensure end to end process are functioning adequately. Requirements i. Minimum of 6+ years of Experience in design, development, release cycle, and delivering payment products to market ii. Bachelor's Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field. iii. Strong understanding of the product management lifecycle, project management skills. Experience in complex engagements. iv. Experience with managing the development of SaaS and web based applications. v. Experience in banking, financial institutions, e-commerce, marketing, or related field is a MUST . vi. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. vii. Excellent organizational skills. viii. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ix. Previous experience at well-known Fintech or payment service provider is a plus.
