Operations and Pricing Specialist

Coordinate and monitor daily shipment operations (import & export).-Ensure smooth communication with carriers, agents, and vendors.-Track shipments and resolve any operational issues or delays-Prepare and review operational documents and reports.-Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.-Prepare accurate and competitive pricing quotations for customers.-Request and negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers.-Analyze costs to ensure profitability and competitiveness.Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.-1–3 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarder.-Communication skills.-Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.-Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.-Hands-on exposure to sales and marketing.
