Monitoring and evaluation plan for each organization Stakeholder analysis o Develop the theory of change and logical results framework Develop indicators and define baselines and targets Develop M&E action plans (Membership and Evaluation frameworks) Collect and analyze indicators data and write monitoring and evaluation reports Building capacity of organizations Raising awareness Building follow-up and evaluation units in organizations and building the capacity of workers Contributing to the design of awareness and training workshops o Contributing to writing articles and introductory pamphlets issued by the center Contributing to the development of content for periodic knowledge products and social media sites Assistance in the operational activities of the center. Assist in the design and implementation of the Centre's various initiatives. Assisting with any other tasks required by the center Requirements At least 2 years of experience in the field of follow-up and evaluation in general, and at least 5 years of experience in (Complex Monitoring and Evaluation Framework) A Ph.D. or a master’s degree in the field of follow-up, evaluation, and impact measurement, or in any field of human sciences such as economics and sociology.
