Microfinance Officer

Source new micro borrowers through field visits, community partners, referrals, and local events.- Conduct KYC and basic financial assessment (income, cashflow, guarantors, collateral where applicable).- Present products, explain pricing/fees/repayment schedules, collect documentation, and submit complete files.- Build accurate files (applications, IDs, income proofs, site visit reports, photos, guarantor docs).- Coordinate with credit/operations for approvals, disbursement, and account opening.- Monitor repayments, conduct reminders/visits, and implement early-warning actions to minimize PAR.- Handle inquiries, complaints, renewals, top-ups, and cross-sell suitable products (savings, cards, insurance).- Adhere to policies (KYC/AML/CBR), maintain MIS/CRM updates, and submit daily/weekly activity reports.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (business, commerce, economics, or related preferred).- 0–5 years in sales/field collections/retail banking/ Microfinance- Strong field sales, negotiation, and relationship-building- Microfinance or community development experience
