Job Description
Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean.- Prepare cost estimates and ensure the availability of appropriate materials and tools.- Provide technical advice and suggestions for project improvement.- Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.- Supervise the implementation of HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.- Prepare MIR (Material Inspection Requests) and IR (Inspection Requests) related to completed work.- Prepare Quantity Surveying (QS) and As-Built documentation.Requirements- 1–2 years of experience.- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.- Experience in implementation of HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.
