Mechanical Maintenace & operation Engineer

Supervise operation and maintenance activities for mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, water, and drainage systems). * Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans in accordance with technical standards. * Monitor equipment performance and handle technical issues efficiently. * Coordinate with other technical teams (Electrical, Civil, and Communication) to ensure project integration. * Prepare and submit regular technical reports to management. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * 10 years of experience * Background experience in Operation & Maintenance companies (Facility Management). * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, and hydraulic systems. * Proficiency in maintenance management systems and technical reporting. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
