Job Description

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance across all digital channels.
  • Content Development & Management:

    • Oversee the creation of high-quality, industry-relevant content for the website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Collaborate with teams to produce engaging multimedia content.
  • Campaign Execution:

    • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other industry-relevant networks.
    • Monitor and report the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
  • SEO/SEM Optimization:

    • Manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website structure and content.
  • Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms relevant to the cargo and logistics industry.
    • Develop social media strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Lead Generation:

    • Implement targeted digital campaigns to generate qualified leads for sales teams.
    • Utilize email marketing and retargeting strategies to nurture leads.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Measure and analyze the performance of all digital marketing initiatives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer service to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in the cargo, logistics, or transportation industries.
  • Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation software.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Google Ads Certification or Digital Marketing certifications (preferred).
