Junior Sales B2B

Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through research, cold calling, and networking.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.Collaborate with senior sales representatives to develop and execute sales strategies.Manage and update client information in the CRM system.Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to the management team.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a related role (internship experience is acceptable).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets and building relationships.
