Junior Architecture Estimation Engineer

Review and analyze tender documents, architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs to establish full project scope and cost exposure.2. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for architectural and fit-out works, including finishes, joinery, specialist materials, labor, subcontractors, equipment, and preliminaries.3. Compile complete, compliant, and commercially competitive tender submissions within defined deadlines.4. Source, collect, analyze, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors specific to fit-out and hospitality works.5. Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and scope clarity while maintaining technical compliance.6. Maintain and continuously update a structured database of qualified vendors, subcontractors, and cost benchmarks relevant to corporate and hospitality projects.7. Ensure all estimates comply with applicable codes, standards, client requirements, and project specifications.8. Support feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises to enhance bid competitiveness and cost efficiency.9. Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, procurement, and commercial teams throughout the tender lifecycle.10. Manage tender clarifications, revisions, and negotiations with clients and consultants.11. Capture lessons learned and pricing intelligence from awarded and lost bids to refine future estimating strategies.12. Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation processes, cost libraries, and benchmarking practices.Requirements1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering 2. 2–4 years of proven experience in architectural estimation within fit-out, corporate office, and hospitality environments.3. Demonstrated exposure to high-end interior works, architectural finishes, joinery, and premium materials.4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural materials, and cost analysis principles.5. High proficiency in estimation tools and MS Office, with advanced Excel capabilities.6. Strong analytical mindset with proven negotiation skills and attention to detail.7. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.8. Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
