Java Developer

· Design, develop, and implement software solutions using JavaScript and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for insurance applications. · Create clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices. · Integrate with external systems and APIs to enhance functionality and data exchange capabilities. · Assist in the analysis and design of system requirements to fit the business needs while meeting all the company standards especially the security standards. · Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality and optimal performance. · Provide the necessary support to install and deploy the local applications with the assistance of the domain support team · Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in insurance technology to propose innovative solutions. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development team in Morocco, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver end-to-end solutions. · Manage the delivery of the reqiured workshops and training sessions to the company users for related applications · Ensure the completeness of the project and system documentation. · Assist in the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity. · Take prompt and effective action to rectify any problems or errors in the systems within scope. · Investigate customer problems and deliver reasonable solutions in the shortest time possible. · Ensure customer complaints are logged and personally revised and provide plans for avoiding similar future cases. · Ensure the support is fully controlled by the Service level quality agreed on by the Company. Requirements Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience as a software developer, with a focus on JavaScript. Computer science - Engineering Preferred Industry - Insurance In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and its frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) for building dynamic web applications. Familiarity with insurance concepts, policies, and business processes is highly desirable. Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Experience with backend technologies like Node.js and related frameworks is a plus. Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions within tight deadlines. Very Good Knowledge of Microsoft .NET (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET) Very Good Knowledge of Database Development (T-SQL, PL/SQL) Knowledge in SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
