Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac systems Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts Performing regular security tests and security monitoring Maintaining networks and network file systems Requirements 1-3 years of experience Good to very good level of English Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols Experience with scripting and automation tools A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
