IT Specialist

Responsibilities Installing new software and hardware components. Applying network administration tasks. Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc. Installing, Configuring, and maintaining VOIP servers and equipment. Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software. Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network. Resolving logged errors in a timely manner. Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics. Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems. Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support. Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required. Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage. Requirements BSc degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in an IT role as a full-time job. preferred who has experience in Call Center industry. Experience in Microsoft networks(Domain). Experience in VOIP servers and equipment configuration & maintenance. Experience in Cloud Applications is a plus.
