IT Specialist

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices - Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment - Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of IT services - Provide technical support to staff and respond to IT-related inquiries in a timely manner. - Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation. - Assist in setting up user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (flexible based on experience) - 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a similar role - Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts - Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and remote support platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
