IT Manager

Project Ownership: Lead technology projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.* Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define project goals and align across departments.* MS Dynamics Solutions: Provide expertise to implement and integrate MS Dynamics with existing systems efficiently.* Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress for successful delivery.* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support IT team members to foster collaboration and high performance.* Budget & Risk Management: Manage project budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.Requirements* Proven experience as an IT Manager with 5+ year of experience  a strong project development background.* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, ERP).* Strong project management skills across the full project lifecycle.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred * Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).* Familiarity with cloud-based MS Dynamics solutions.
