§ Handle all corporate IT-related processes (hardware, software, connections…etc.) as directed § Research, anticipate and guard the company against cyber risks, data theft…etc. § Apply effective risk management techniques and proactive measures on the security of data, network access and backup systems § Keep maintenance & ticket logs for further analysis and proactive measure § Monitor equipment & software inventory and place orders when necessary § Monitor expenses and control the budget for all IT § Take necessary training to keep skills and knowledge up to date § Alert manager on compliance with all government, software and hardware regulations § Processing and preparing reports on a monthly basis or as instructed. § Managing the filing system of the department, physical and electronical. § Take all necessary actions to improve the department’s performance. Requirements § Bachelor’s degree in relevant field § 2 years of relevant experience in multiple functions (hardware, networks, software…etc.) § Expertise in in data centre management and data governance § Excellent command of Arabic and English. § Age: 25 to 35 § Presentable § Able to remain calm under pressure § Excellent communication and interpersonal skills § Outstanding organizational skills § Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
