HSE Supervisor

Supervise safety, health, and environment at the site. • Monitor implementation of policies and procedures. • Manage safety documents and permits. • Prepare and execute emergency plans. • Identify and handle risks before work starts. • Review compliance of buildings and facilities. • Ensure availability and use of safety tools. • Lead team and drive continuous improvement. • Prepare reports and support direct manager. • Conduct inspections and audits. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in safety or environmental field. • 5–8 years of HSE experience. • Knowledge of safety systems in Saudi Arabia. • High accuracy and analytical skills. • Preferred certifications : NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA. • Effective communication and technical understanding. • Commitment, teamwork, and responsibility. • Decision-making and risk analysis skills. • Strategic planning and team influence. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt.
