Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget. Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads. Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling. Participating in administrative staff meetings. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures. Conducting annual salary surveys. Overseeing exit interviews. Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
