Job Description

  • Personnel Administration:

    • Maintain and update employee records and files in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.

  • Payroll Management:

    • Coordinate monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    • Liaise with finance and external providers on payroll-related matters.

  • Job Analysis & Descriptions:

    • Support in conducting job analysis and updating job descriptions in alignment with organizational needs.

    • Assist in job evaluations and grading exercises.

  • Assessments & TNA:

    • Participate in designing and administering employee assessments.

    • Conduct training needs analysis to support learning and development plans.

  • Culture & Engagement Initiatives:

    • Support HR-led cultural initiatives and employee engagement programs.

    • Assist in organizing internal events and campaigns that promote company values and culture.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.

  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and payroll procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
