Personnel Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and files in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
Payroll Management:
Coordinate monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Liaise with finance and external providers on payroll-related matters.
Job Analysis & Descriptions:
Support in conducting job analysis and updating job descriptions in alignment with organizational needs.
Assist in job evaluations and grading exercises.
Assessments & TNA:
Participate in designing and administering employee assessments.
Conduct training needs analysis to support learning and development plans.
Culture & Engagement Initiatives:
Support HR-led cultural initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Assist in organizing internal events and campaigns that promote company values and culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
Solid understanding of local labor laws and payroll procedures.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
