Job Description

· Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.

· Stay updated on industry standards to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge.

· Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.

· Ensure policies align with industry best practices and support organizational objectives.

· Utilize data analysis to provide insights into HR metrics, including time to hire and employee turnover rates.

· Implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.

· Ensure compliance with relevant employment and labor laws in the software industry.

· Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and adapt policies accordingly.

· Set and monitor employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on job descriptions.

· Coordinate and organize quarterly and annual performance reviews.

· Maintain a strong focus on employee performance management, employee engagement, and retention activities.

Requirements

· Proven experience as an HR Generalist.

· Emphasize familiarity with HR software/tools relevant to the software industry.

· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

· Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.

· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.

· Excellent communication and people skills.

· Aptitude in problem-solving.

· Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
