Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure a seamless new hire experience.Employee Relations:Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.Foster a positive workplace environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process, including setting KPIs and providing feedback.Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues and implementing improvement plans.Compensation & Benefits:Administer employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding payroll and benefits.Training & Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.Support career development planning and succession planning initiatives.HR Compliance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Generate regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.HR Policies & Procedures:Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence.HR Systems & Technology:Utilize HR systems for managing employee data, tracking performance, and streamlining processes.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
