Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
    • Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
    • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
    • Foster a positive workplace environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management:

    • Support the performance appraisal process, including setting KPIs and providing feedback.
    • Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues and implementing improvement plans.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Training & Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Support career development planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • HR Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
    • Generate regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • HR Policies & Procedures:

    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
    • Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence.
  • HR Systems & Technology:

    • Utilize HR systems for managing employee data, tracking performance, and streamlining processes.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
