Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive workplace environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, including setting KPIs and providing feedback.
- Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues and implementing improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding payroll and benefits.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support career development planning and succession planning initiatives.
HR Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Generate regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
HR Policies & Procedures:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
- Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence.
HR Systems & Technology:
- Utilize HR systems for managing employee data, tracking performance, and streamlining processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
