Recruitment:
· Utilize various sourcing channels to attract and screen qualified candidates & Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability.
Employee On-boarding/off-boarding:
· Organize and manage onboarding, new employee orientation and training programs. Oversees HR Asst. processing & ensures accuracy & compliance of all paperwork
Employee Relations:
· Tracks employee corrective actions, makes recommendations to management team for continuous improvement,
· Address employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
· Promote a positive work environment by fostering effective communication and resolving conflicts.
HR System & Reporting:
· Perform Annual and quarterly assessments as needed to keep records of employees progress and help in annual raise assessments with the top management.
HR Compliance and Policy:
· Ensure employee files are compliant, maintain/review/update completed job descriptions, maintain affirmative action program for all current positions within the agency
· Efficient project and change management measures and their implementation
· Oversees/assists in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies (communication, onboarding, assimilation, talent management)
· Proven experience as an HR Generalist
· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
· Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office;
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Aptitude in problem-solving
· Experience in Digital Marketing Agencies will be a plus
· Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
