Job Description

Talent Management: Recruitment & Onboarding: Managingthe full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring). Creating and delivering effective onboarding programs. Performance Management: Designing and implementing performance management systems. Facilitating performance reviews and providing feedback to managers. Managing performance improvement plans. Training & Development: Identifying training needs and suitable providers. Managing training logistics and budget. 2. Compensation Philosophy: Compensation Strategy: Developing and maintaining a competitive compensation and benefits package that aligns with the company's goals. Conducting salary surveys and benchmarking against industry standards. Reviewing and updating compensation policies and procedures. Salary & Benefits Administration: Managing the payroll process. Administering employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.). 3. Employee & Industrial Relations:\ Policy Development & Enforcement: Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. Staying up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations. Conflict Resolution: Investigating employee complaints and resolving conflicts. Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues. Mediating disputes between employees. Disciplinary Actions: Managing the disciplinary process, including issuing warnings and terminations. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements during disciplinary actions. 4. Administration: Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external vendors (Labor Office, Social Insurance Office, benefits providers and insurance companies). Monitoring vendor performance and addressing issues. Facility Management: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the office facilities. Managing office space and ensuring efficient utilization. Managing access control systems and security cameras. Reception & Guest Services: Overseeing the reception area and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Providing support to employees and visitors. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources. At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership HR role. Proven experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong background in labor law compliance and employee relations. Experience handling shift schedules and workforce planning in factory settings. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in industrial environments. Previous involvement in handling internal investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle,)
