Job Description
Planning HR and administration activities - Lead the recruitment process and vacancies replacement. - Managing the payroll function - Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures - Manage the complete employee life cycle from the human resource perspective within the company. - Maintaining physical and digital personnel records - Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization. - Monitor compensation - ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits. - Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically. - Drafting of an employee handbook and annual review of the handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor laws - Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews. Requirements - Bachelor in Management or HR - Masters are a plus - Preferred Industry: Cinema, Media, Entertainment. - 7+ years of experience. -Organizational skills - Experience in team leadership - Successful experience in employee relations - Excellent written and verbal communication - Proven ability to multitask - Ability to come up with and implement a new system
