Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in social media management, content strategy, and digital marketing.
Proven track record of leading social media teams and delivering high-impact campaigns for major brands or agencies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
Skills:
Deep understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) and trends.
Strong expertise in social strategy, content creation, community management, and performance analytics.
Ability to translate brand goals into innovative and effective social campaigns.
Excellent leadership and team management skills; ability to inspire and mentor creative teams (designers, content creators, community managers).
Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in social analytics tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, native platform analytics, etc.).
Experience developing measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success and optimize results.
