o Develop and strengthen the brand image of the company's polymer products.
o Craft compelling product value propositions and messaging tailored to target audiences.
o Ensure consistency in branding and communication across all marketing channels.
Content Creation and Campaign Management
o Lead the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and technical datasheets.
o Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and trade shows.
o Collaborate with internal teams to create educational content and product demonstrations for customers.
Market Research and Analysis
o Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the polymer industry.
o Utilize insights to develop targeted marketing initiatives and refine product offerings.
o Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
o Partner with sales teams to identify and engage potential customers.
o Build relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to understand their marketing needs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the polymer, plastics, or chemical industries.
Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and driving product demand.
