Job Description
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve operational and financial objectives.Oversee all departments including operations, production, quality assurance, logistics, finance, and HR.Maintain strong relationships with airline clients and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with aviation catering regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.Develop and implement training programs to maintain luxury service standards.Oversee workforce planning and organizational development.Ensure crisis management readiness and operational continuity.Represent the company in client meetings, audits, and regulatory inspections.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).10 – 15+ years of experience in hospitality, catering, or airline catering operations.Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role.Strong background in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality groups, or airline catering companies.Strong financial and commercial management skills.Extensive knowledge of aviation catering standards and food safety compliance.Proven leadership and team management experience.Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
