General Accountant

Monitor and analyze project costs by approved cost centers. • Enter and track daily attendance data for employees and contractors using the ERP system (Odoo). • Record daily checklists and link them to performance reports. • Track all project sites, verify on-site material receipts, and ensure actual delivery aligns with ERP delivery orders and factory/installation team dispatches. • Ensure all received quantities are recorded and reconciled with internal Delivery Orders (DOs) and project records. • Continuously coordinate with warehouse personnel, installation teams, and operations team to ensure data accuracy in the system. • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis between actual and planned costs. • Support in HR data coordination: employee files, payroll, leaves, and end-of-service benefits. • Maintain regular communication with the team in Saudi Arabia for data updates and reviews. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 3 to 5 years of experience in project or cost accounting, preferably in industrial or contracting companies. • hand on experience in creating payroll. • Proficiency in ERP systems – Odoo is preferred. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
