Finance Manager

Prepare financial reports and manage monthly/yearly closings.• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.• Ensure internal controls and compliance with policies and tax regulations.• Optimize costs, inventory, and working capital.• Lead and develop the finance team.• Support business decisions with financial insights.• Manage financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.Requirements• Bachelor's in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred).• 10–12 years of experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.• Prefer FMCG experience• Strong IFRS knowledge, ERP proficiency (SAP B1 is a plus).• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
