Factory Manager

Lead, guide, and support the Factory teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration •Ensure employees have the necessary training, tools, and support to perform their roles effectively •Manage the Factory budget, emphasizing cost-effectiveness and strategic resource allocation •Communicate regularly with higher management and other stakeholders to align with broader organizational goals •Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with relevant legal and company guidelines •Maintain overviews of resources, capabilities & skills, certifications and specialist knowledge •Oversee the delivery and quality of work performed by the Factory resources while assigned to various teams •Ensure that the knowledge and expertise of work is being diligently documented and maintained by Factory resources through delivery •Assist with the preparation of performance/KPI reports to support the Factory Platform Head •Support HR with recruitment requirements, onboarding and development of learning trajectories for Factory members •Verify if hiring plans are on track, implement measures to achieve hiring goals, and oversee the hiring strategy with HR leads Requirements 10-15 years in area of expertise Computer Science, Engineering or any other relevant degree, Master or relevant certifications would add an advantage Ideally CPG or FMCG background. Strategic thinking to align with overall business objectives Skills in leading diverse teams and developing talent Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder and team relationships effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenge
