Job Description

 Generate leads and identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online prospecting.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
 Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and current customers, emphasizing value and benefits.
 Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to clients, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of the offerings.
 Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and maximizing revenue.
 Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are beneficial for both parties.
 Handle objections and address customer concerns to turn potential rejections into sales opportunities.
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
 Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
 Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
 Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
