Job Description
· Handling of customer accounts and following through all inquiries till resolved. · Effective management of large amounts of daily written communication and incoming calls, (order entry and daily management of customer orders) answering to customers inquiries. · Follow up with supply team to secure timely order fulfilment. · Provide accurate, valid information to customers’ inquiries using the right methods/tools. · Coordination with forwarders and preparation to execute shipments from worldwide shipping platforms. · Invoicing and preparing of all export documentation. · Electronic submitter and collection of certificates from chamber of commerce. · Occasional direct submitter of original export documents to bank. · After sales support service – handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution to problem. · Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain /Logistics or Business (preferred) · 3-5 years’ experience in customer support · Areas of expertise : - LC documentations - Warehouse and Logistics / Customer Service/Shipment coordination General · Excellent communication skills · Ability to adapt / respond to different personalities · Outstanding Interpersonal skills · Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline. · Ability to build rapport easily with customers from different backgrounds · Great Organization skills and ability to multi task · Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs · SAP user is a must · Gender: Male · Maximum age: 30 Language · Excellent English language · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
