Digital Marketing Specialist

Design, develop, execute, and manage all marketing campaigns and events to generate leads. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets. Inform clients and prospects of services through creative marketing strategies. Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Understand the lifecycle of customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategies, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion. Create posts on social media platforms to further our platform and moderate all social media channels and website. Moderate all social media platforms and the Company’s website, which includes actively responding to customers on these platforms as required. Manage and enhance SEO strategies on all online channels. Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings. Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers. Content Creation: Manage the company’s website and update it as needed. Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend changes/updates. Write clear marketing copy to promote our services. Prepare newsletters and email shots content for email campaigns Research and write articles to be listed on the platform. Requirements 2-4 years of experience Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field. Preferred female, however would consider either gender if all requirements are met Excellent knowledge of social media platform best practices i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools is a plus (i.e. Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.) Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills. Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Arabic. Experience with using WordPress is preferable Fluent in English and Arabic.
