Oversee the design program, including review, coordination, monitoring of schedules, and management of design documentation and tender processes
Assist the Client’s Representative in planning and developing design consultant contracts, ensuring seamless integration with the design consultant’s scope
Provide technical support and supervision for pre-design, design, and tender programs, including interest solicitations, prequalification, and TOR review
Monitor the Consultant’s performance in design program activities, adhering to established schedules, cost considerations, codes, and design coordination requirements
Oversee design reviews, coordinate regular meetings, and expedite design phase activities
Ensure the design review personnel have a unified understanding of their roles and responsibilitiesز
Oversee the assembly of tender documentation.
Requirements
Excellent ability in using MS Office applications and related Engineering Programs
B.Sc in the Architectural Engineering from a reputable university , Postgraduates studies and Professional Certificates will be an asset.
15-20 years of experience.
