Deputy Project Manager

· Ensure the scope, schedule, budget, design, planning, construction, testing and commissioning are systematically handled, documented and recorded as per contract. · Maintain the Project risk register, to be updated in a timely manner and intimated to ED/Top Management on a regular basis. · Ensure the Project documentations are made, submitted and maintained as planned. · Ensure the Project invoices are prepared reviewed and accepted by authorities and submitted to the Client in a timely manner.RequirementsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus)PMP® Certification or equivalent project management training is strongly preferredProfessional Engineering License is a plus12–15 years of progressive experience in construction and infrastructure project management, including:Planning, design coordination, execution, and close-out phasesLarge-scale infrastructure projects with public or private sector clientsProven experience in handling:Project scope, budget, and schedule controlRisk management and maintaining/updating project risk registersPreparing and reviewing project documentation, progress reports, and technical submittalsInvoicing processes and coordination with authorities and clientsStrong understanding of project lifecycle management and construction project methodologiesProficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent)Familiarity with contractual documentation, claims management, and variation ordersHigh proficiency in handling testing & commissioning procedures and documentationKnowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to infrastructure projects
