Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats professionally. • Understand customer needs and provide accurate, helpful responses. • Support customers with inquiries, issues, and service-related requests. • Persuade customers when needed and introduce relevant products or services. • Build trust and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships. • Accurately document interactions and updates on the system. • Meet quality, performance, and customer satisfaction standards.Requirements• Graduates only. • Good English communication skills (spoken and written). • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer skills, including typing and Excel. • Good self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and soft skills. • Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and professional under pressure. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
