Job Description

In this job, you will be responsible for: 1. Manage Domestic Order Processing within Established Procedure a. Process, maintain and track Egypt orders cycle from entry to execution, working with Logistics to ship orders or process returns on time. b. Having engaged internal stakeholders, process order exceptions, customer requests for returns & deductions working cross functionally to resolve credit blocks, process product withdrawal/returns or determine root cuase of under/over supplied or damaged goods. Issue Credit/Debit Notes in compliance as necessary. c. Ensure processes are performed in compliance with ENR guidlines and local regulations d. Timely communication with Customers about order status, product availabilty, quality complaints and product enquiries. e. Work closely with planning to ensure on time product availability; manage product phase in/phase out, marketing activities and new launches f. Identify, support and enable customer focused, cost effective supply solutions as needed. 2. Manage Export Order Processing within Established Procedure a. Collect and revise Export confirmed orders to the best fit pallet utilization b. Responsible on sharing Export orders as per agreed process/ timeline (ref. EMAL order cycle) c. Work closely with Shipping/Logistics for on time shipping document availability. And ensure on time dispatch of shipping document to Distributor to avoid penalty and demurrage claim. 3. Import Process: a. Follow up on affliate PO/ availability b. Follow up on the delivery schedule of goods to the warehouse. 4. Reporting: a. Consolidate CSC KPI from Planning and Logistics b. VFR report for Domestic c. Monthly Sales Progress tracking VS FCST d. Sales/ Returns orders report including return analysis e. Consolidate the Import shipments details and follow up on the process as per the SOP manual Requirements Required Skills and Experience · Degree in any discipline , preferably in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering · 3-5 years of customer service experience within supply chain is highly preferred · High energy, willing to learn, Independent, analytic and number sensitive · Exposure and comfortable in working under a global matrix organisation structure · Strong communication in English , both verbal & written
