Job Description
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Support customers with hotel, flight, and activity bookings and reservations. Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions professionally. Ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience. Requirements Experience: At least 1 year in a customer/partner-facing role. Language: B2 level or above in Portuguese and English. Work Conditions: Shift-based work (7 AM – 10 PM Cairo time), including weekends and public holidays.
